Ray began his recruitment journey in Sydney, Australia, where he discovered a love for helping others find their next career opportunity. He spent 10 years in Australia before returning to the UK to continue his work in the field of accounting and finance. In 2016, Ray began working with practice firms, and he has never looked back.
